1. If a product is defective, it can be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge by Submitting Unboxing Video of the Same Which mandatory .
2. We try our best to deliver products in the right conditions by multiple quality control checks. In a very rare case, a defect may pass unnoticed. In such a case, please submit a Unedited unboxing video of the package (From Opening the Envelope Seal) as soon as you receive your order.
3. All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Customers are responsible for all the shipping costs for return items. You can ship the product back to us using any Reputed Courier carrier, however, the shipping costs are not included in our exchange/refund program. Please pay for the shipping charges to the shipping carrier.
5. We’d request you to return your items in original condition and in original Mayoora packaging.
6. Please allow 10-15 days to process the return.
